TeleSurplus Shipping Policy
All orders placed before 1 pm EST usually ship same day, Monday - Friday. (with the exception of a observed Federal holiday)
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Ship/Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Any new items that are returned must have all original boxes and packaging material. If new returns are not in original packaging as stated, buyer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee for those items.
Buyer is responsible for the costs of shipping and handling on returned items unless an item was shipped in error, defective or out of box failure. Please call our toll free number 888-597-3114 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee with the exception of new items stated above, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
After returned item is received back by Telesurplus and is inspected for original packaging and condition, a refund will be issued within 15 days of doing so. If item/items are not in original condition/packaging, buyer will then be notified. Telesurplus reserves the right to null and void any refund for equipment received in poor condition, Broken, missing parts or misused in any way with the exception of normal cause. All refunds will be handled through buyers charged credit merchant services. NO CASH REFUNDS or other means unless other wise stated by an authorized Telesurplus personnel.
All equipment carries a one (1) year warranty unless stated. Any out of box failures, error shipments or missing parts that effect the function of received equipment must notify Tellesurplus within 15 days of received shipment. Telesurplus will replace and ship equipment at no cost to the customer. A return pick will also be arranged for any defective items under stated warranty. If buyer does not notify Telesurplus within the 15 days as stated, Telesurplus will still ship and replace defective equipment at no charge but will not be responsible for any associated return shipping cost back to us and will be the sole responsibility of the buyer to do so. Any defective item/items not returned with 30 days after receiving replacement item/items will be charged full value of that item. Full value is the amount of the original purchase price paid by customer.
Warranty rules and policy
Warranty is any equipment that malfunctions under normal use, conditions, wear and tear will be replace by Telesurplus under stated terms and time frames listed with each item/items. All warranties begin on the original date of purchase. Telesurplus have placed an ID security label on all item/items to track warranty dates and equipment. All warranties are null and void if security label is removed or tampered in any way with on any item/items received from us. Telesurplus will ship and replace defective equipment at no cost to buyer. Buyer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs to our listed address of defective equipment within 30 days of the received replacement with the exception of out of boxes failures, error shipments or missing items stated under warranty returns policy. Any defective equipment that is not returned within 30 days after receiving replacement will be charged full value of the original purchase price on that equipment. Full value is the amount paid for that item on original purchase. Telesurplus reserves the right to void any and all warranties it deems unqualified under warranty policy at it's own discretion.
